Named for the Hector’s Dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector’s Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula.
Every bottle is a taste of this place.
Kelp from Wainui, rosehips from Little Akaloa, grapes from French Farm, lavender from Little River and wild thyme from French Bay are blended with classic botanicals to create gins that are a true evocation of this beautiful part of Aotearoa.
We are delighted to announce a partnership with the New Zealand Whale and Dolphin Trust. The trust is a world-class, research driven organisation who are totally committed to the conservation of New Zealand’s whales and dolphins. Their research includes population surveys, studies of whale and dolphin reproduction, survival and human impacts.
We are proud to be giving back to the conservation of the Hector’s dolphins by donating a portion of our Hector’s Gin sale proceeds from our Tasting House to the New Zealand Whale and Dolphin Trust to aid their continuing good work with the preservation of our Hector’s dolphin friends.
