Hector's Platinum Ink Gin
The gin that changes colour. Platinum Ink pours a deep ink blue — the work of butterfly pea extract, drawn from the flower itself. Add tonic or a squeeze of citrus and watch it shift to vivid pink in the glass. Real chemistry, straight from nature.
Beneath the colour is a gin shaped by our coastline: native sea kelp, manuka, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle, distilled in small batches by the sea. Bright citrus up front, a soft floral middle, and a clean, saline finish that lingers like salt air.
Bottled at 42% ABV in our coastal 700ml bottle — sand ripples, scallop shells, and a Hector's dolphin engraved at the base. Every bottle supports the NZ Whale and Dolphin Trust.

We are delighted to announce a partnership with the New Zealand Whale and Dolphin Trust. The trust is a world-class, research driven organisation who are totally committed to the conservation of New Zealand’s whales and dolphins. Their research includes population surveys, studies of whale and dolphin reproduction, survival and human impacts.
We are proud to be giving back to the conservation of the Hector’s dolphins by donating a portion of our Hector’s Gin sale proceeds from our Tasting House to the New Zealand Whale and Dolphin Trust to aid their continuing good work with the preservation of our Hector’s dolphin friends.
